What To Expect

Welcome to Augmental's self-guided MouthPad^ Onboarding! The onboarding process consists of 3 main parts:

• Fitting the MouthPad^ for optimal fit and comfort
• Connecting the MouthPad^ to your computer, tablet, or smartphone
• Gamified Learning Modules to master basic controls and gestures

Before You Begin

• ⚠️ For best results, please use the Google Chrome web browser (instead of Safari or Edge, etc). You can download and install Chrome here. ⚠️
• Remove the colored plastic clip around the MouthPad^s side capsule — this is used to save battery during shipment, but must be removed before use!
• Find more information and tutorials in our MouthPad^ Knowledge Center.
• If you get stuck or have any issues, visit the Troubleshooting page for guidance.

A Note on Learning

Mastering your MouthPad^ requires patience and practice. Some gestures may take time to become intuitive, but with practice, they'll soon feel natural. Everyone learns at their own pace, so don't worry if it takes a few attempts to get things right!
